I took a bachelor degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques in 2006 and a Master degree in Organizational Psychology and Psychology of Consumer Behaviours in 2009, both at the University of Milano-Bicocca. From March 2012 to September 2013, I spent a period abroad at the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience (Charité-Universitätsmedizin, Berlin), under the supervision of Prof. John-Dylan Haynes. In 2014, I earned a PhD in Social, Cognitive, and Clinical Psychology under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Cherubini and Dr. Carlo Reverberi. During my PhD, I started studying and researching in neuroscience, using fMRI techniques.

My research interests are in cognitive control, deductive reasoning, and rule-guided behaviour.

In my spare time, I go swimming and read different kinds of books to foster my curiosity.
